We rent our studio to artists looking for affordable rehearsal space to express their art.
Rental space is available for business/professional seminars, entrepreneurs, start up businesses, and direct sales companies.
Rental fee includes tables and chairs for 50-55 people, buffet table for food, presentation table for presenters, coffee urn, tea urn, mid sized refrigerator.
We also have Wi-Fi and a stereo for music if needed.
Fundraiser for health organization.
